From opportunity
to working practice.
Independent help to find where ChatGPT and Claude create value in your business, prepare safely, prove it on a real workflow and bring your people with you.
How an engagement works
Select a stage to see the problem it solves, what happens and what you receive.
The problem
Lots of AI ideas, no shared view of which ones are worth doing.
What happens
- Short interviews with the people doing the work
- A workshop to list where time is lost or quality slips
- Each idea ranked by value, effort and risk
What you receive
An opportunity register your leadership team can choose from, with risks and constraints noted early.
| Opportunity | Value | Effort | Risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proposal first drafts | High | Low | Low |
| Meeting summaries | Medium | Low | Medium |
| Support triage | High | Medium | Medium |
The problem
Unclear whether people, processes, data and accounts are ready for a pilot.
What happens
- A review of skills and confidence
- Mapping where work would change
- What data can and cannot be shared, and which accounts to use
What you receive
A readiness assessment, usage guidelines drafted with you, and a recommendation for the first pilot.
| Area | Status | Action |
|---|---|---|
| People | Mixed confidence | Foundations training for pilot group |
| Process | Documented | Agree review step |
| Data | Customer data in scope | Use work accounts only |
| Access | Personal accounts in use | Move to managed accounts |
The problem
Enthusiasm without evidence: no clear way to know whether AI actually helps.
What happens
- One workflow, a small group and a fixed timeframe
- Agreed measures captured before and after
- Weekly check-ins to fix problems early
What you receive
A pilot charter with evaluation measures, then a short results report with a recommendation to scale, change or stop.
| Item | Agreed |
|---|---|
| Workflow | Proposal drafting |
| Group | Six people, sales team |
| Timeframe | Four weeks |
| Measures | Hours per proposal · edits needed · team confidence |
The problem
A successful pilot that never spreads beyond the first group.
What happens
- Role-based training in waves
- A small network of internal champions
- A regular review of what is working and what to change
What you receive
A training and rollout plan, plus resources your teams keep using after the sessions end.
| Wave | Who | When |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Champions | Month 1 |
| 2 | Sales and marketing | Month 2 |
| 3 | All staff | Month 3 |

Questions
How the services work
How does an AI discovery workshop work?
We interview the people who do the work, list where ChatGPT or Claude could save time or improve quality, and rank each opportunity by value and effort. You receive an opportunity register with the risks and constraints noted early, so you can choose what to test first.
What is included in an AI readiness assessment?
A review of four areas: people (skills and confidence), process (where work would change), data (what can and cannot be shared with an AI tool) and access (accounts, licences and controls). It ends with usage guidelines drafted with you and a pilot charter with agreed measures.
What happens after a pilot?
If the pilot meets its agreed measures, adoption follows: role-based training in waves, a small network of internal champions, and a regular review of what is working. If it does not, you have the evidence to stop or change course early.
