Privacy
How we collect, use and look after the personal information you share with us through this website.
Wizard Training is an independent provider of ChatGPT and Claude training and AI services, delivered live online across Australia. We are not affiliated with OpenAI or Anthropic.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. To contact us about privacy, use our contact form.
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name and email address, and, if you provide them, your organisation, team size, preferred platform and message. We also record the course or service you asked about, the page you sent the enquiry from, and whether you ticked the optional box to receive updates.
To protect the forms from spam, we keep a temporary, anonymised record of your connection for up to 10 minutes. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to send you the information you asked for, such as course dates, pricing or a proposal.
We send occasional emails about new courses and free resources only if you tick the box to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to one of those emails or contacting us.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Enquiries are stored in our website’s database, hosted by Hostinger, and emailed to our team inbox, provided by Google. These providers may store or process information outside Australia.
We share your information only with the service providers who help us run this website and our email, or where the law requires it.
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics or social media tracking.
Your browser’s temporary session storage remembers a few choices during your visit, such as whether you turned sound on. This stays on your device and is cleared when you close the browser tab.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by using our contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time.
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The date below shows when it was last updated.
