Requirements

Before you come

Account

A ChatGPT or Claude account, whichever your organisation uses. Free accounts work for the exercises; usage limits apply. Exercises are written so they work on either platform.

Equipment

A laptop with a current browser and a stable internet connection, plus two or three non-confidential documents from your own work.

Experience

Some everyday use of ChatGPT or Claude. New users should start with a Foundations course.

Data

Use only non-confidential material in exercises. We show you how to check your organisation's AI policy and what not to paste into an assistant.

Which platform does this course use?

Both. Exercises work on ChatGPT or Claude, so you practise on the tool your organisation already uses.

I've never used ChatGPT or Claude. Is this the right start?

Start with ChatGPT Foundations or Claude Foundations first. This course assumes you can already write a basic prompt.

Can we use our own campaign briefs?

Yes, as long as they are not confidential. For private team sessions we adapt the exercises to your real campaigns and brand guidelines.
