Outcomes
Modules
3 modules, taught live with hands-on practice in each. Select a module to see its topics.
Practical exercises
Build a plan for a real (anonymised) account: context, questions to ask and risks to watch.
Turn rough meeting notes into actions and a follow-up email, then edit it into your voice.
Draft the structure of a proposal from a discovery summary.
Rewrite three existing notes into the team format.
What you will create
Sample previews · illustrative content, not final course material
What you know, what to ask and what to watch for before a meeting.
A follow-up drafted from rough notes, edited into your own voice.
A consistent note format the whole team can read in thirty seconds.
Platform and delivery
Taught on ChatGPT or Claude: each group uses the platform its organisation provides. Tell us which when you register interest, and we'll confirm the delivery option.
Requirements
A ChatGPT or Claude account, whichever your organisation uses. Free accounts work for the exercises; usage limits apply. Exercises are written so they work on either platform.
A laptop with a current browser and a stable internet connection, plus two or three non-confidential documents from your own work.
Some everyday use of ChatGPT or Claude. New users should start with a Foundations course.
Use only non-confidential material in exercises. We show you how to check your organisation's AI policy and what not to paste into an assistant.
Dates and pricing
Register interest and we'll email you the next available dates, session times and the price. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Teams of six or more can book a private session, with exercises adapted to your own work and tools.
Questions
No. The course teaches workflows that work alongside any CRM. Connecting an AI tool to your CRM is an implementation question we can cover in an AI services engagement.
That depends on your organisation's account type and policy. The course covers what to leave out, how to anonymise notes and when to check with your privacy lead.
It focuses on three workflows you can use the same week: preparation, follow-up and record keeping.
